The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned flat in Grenoble for rent.
It measures 36 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the 21st floor (with a lift), it comprises the following: – A 20 m² living area with a double sofa bed and a TV. – A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). – A bathroom with a shower. – A separate toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and a cot. Outside: – A 5 m² south-west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The flat is ideally situated in Grenoble, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Football stadium (Stade des Alpes) about a 12-minute walk away, – Paul Mistral Park a 12-minute walk away, – Musée Dauphinois a 10-minute walk away, – Grenoble city centre and the Musée de Grenoble a 10-minute walk away, – Access to the banks of the Isère and footpaths in under 10 minutes’ walk. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking – free from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9 am Monday to Saturday / free on Sundays and public holidays). Electric vehicle charging points ‘EFFIA and ALIZE, 50 Avenue Maréchal RANDON’ are a 5-minute walk away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest tram stop: a 5-minute walk away. – Nearest railway station: Grenoble, approximately 13 minutes by car and 10 minutes by tram. – Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère, approximately 40 minutes by car, and Lyon Saint-Exupéry, 1 hour by car.
