The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 55 m² flat in Grenoble for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
– Bedroom 2: with a sofa bed (140x190)
– A bathroom with shower and toilet
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The flat is ideally located in Grenoble, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Discover Grenoble: stroll through the city’s neighbourhoods, explore the local markets and shops, or head to the lively city centre with its cafés, restaurants and museums. – For nature lovers: in both summer and winter, the Vercors and Chartreuse mountains offer a wealth of activities.
Enjoy magnificent hikes and mountain bike trails during the warmer months, then the joys of winter sports in nearby resorts such as Chamrousse, Les 7 Laux or Lans-en-Vercors as soon as winter arrives.
The Alpine views are spectacular, and the Bastille cable car offers breathtaking views of Grenoble and its surrounding mountains. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: – Nearest train station: Grenoble, 20 minutes’ drive away – Nearest airport: Grenoble, 40 minutes by car – Tram A (Eaux-Claires stop) is a 5-minute walk away and provides easy access to the city centre, the universities and the main attractions. – Cycle paths and bike/scooter hire services nearby To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
