CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: A three-bedroom family home in Peaslake, in the heart of the Surrey Hills.
A bright living room, a kitchen and dining room that opens onto the garden, a separate TV snug and a study.
Outside, there is a pergola terrace, a dining deck and a large private garden.
Sleeps six, dogs welcome, with some of the best walking and mountain biking in the South East close by. Guests have the whole house and garden to themselves, along with off-street parking on the gravel drive.
The cedar garden room at the end of the lawn and the greenhouse are kept for the owner's use and are locked during stays.
Check-in is self-service via a key safe, and we will send full arrival details before your stay. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, free of charge.
Please keep them off the beds and furniture, and pick up after them in the garden.
The garden room and greenhouse are not available to guests.
This is a family home in a quiet village, so we ask for no parties or events and no smoking inside the house.
There is no air conditioning, but the house stays comfortable with windows open in summer and has central heating for the colder months.
The fireplace in the living room is out of use and must not be lit, following the property's fire risk assessment. We partner with TRUVI to carry out secure guest ID verification, helping to ensure a safe and trusted stay for all parties.
Once you have completed verification with TRUVI, your stay will be protected by Guest Guarantee and you'll benefit from an accidental damage cover. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 07:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 2). Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

The house is looked after by a local housekeeper who knows it well, so if anything comes up, help is nearby.
Otherwise, we will leave you to enjoy the house in peace. Peaslake is a small, friendly village tucked into the Surrey Hills, surrounded by the Hurtwood, a large area of open woodland and heath.
It is known for its walking and mountain biking, with trails up to Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill starting a short way from the house, and Leith Hill, the highest point in the South East, a short drive away.
The village has a well-loved shop and café and a pub, the Hurtwood Inn. The historic village of Shere, with its pubs, tearooms and riverside walks, is a few minutes away by car, and Guildford and Dorking are both within easy reach for shopping and restaurants. Restharrow is a well-kept family home, set back from the lane behind a gravel drive, with a large garden that wraps around the back of the house. Living Spaces The main living room runs across the front of the house with windows on two sides.
Glazed double doors lead through to the hall.
Across the house there is a separate snug with a sofa, armchair and wall-mounted TV, so there is space for the children to watch something while the adults sit next door. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen has a range cooker with six burners and two ovens, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. It opens into a dining area with a table for six and French doors onto the deck.
There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a WC on the ground floor. Bedrooms All three bedrooms are on the first floor.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a full wall of built-in wardrobes and its own en suite shower room.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third has a double bed and a large skylight. Study A small study on the first floor has a desk and plenty of storage, good for anyone working during their stay.
Wifi runs throughout the house. Bathrooms The main bedroom's en suite has a walk-in shower.
The family bathroom, shared by the other two bedrooms, has a bath, a separate shower cubicle and a vanity.
There is also a WC downstairs. Garden and Outdoor Behind the house, a raised deck holds a dining table for six. To one side, a terrace sits under a pergola with outdoor seating.
Beyond that is a long, private lawn with mature trees and borders.
