The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Pontivy, with a floor area of 115 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

– A 40 m² living room with a corner sofa, a TV, a fireplace (firewood not provided) and a dining area
– A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe
– A shower room with a walk-in shower
– A separate toilet
Upstairs:
– Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200), a chest of drawers and a wardrobe
– Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200), two chests of drawers and a wardrobe
– An open-plan study

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally situated in Pontivy, in the Stival neighbourhood, a former rural village.
Situated on the right bank of the Blavet, this peaceful neighbourhood has a very strong historical and cultural identity.
