Our team has inspected and prepared the apartment to ensure you have a comfortable stay. 3 reasons you’ll love it: - Fully renovated: a modern, well-maintained interior for a stay without compromise. - Bus stop right outside the building: quiet street, making it easy to get around as soon as you step outside. - Ideally located: Le Mans city center and the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack are easily accessible. The property is ready for your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the entire duration of your stay.
Basic supplies are provided for the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, and tea, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods.
The apartment has Wi-Fi access. Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and is laid out as follows: • A warm and comfortable living room, furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and two coffee tables, as well as a TV for your leisure time.
A desk completes this space and makes it easy to work during your stay. • A fully equipped kitchen designed for sharing good times.
