The Storey Lake clubhouse features a fitness center, sauna, game room, internet cafe, and a 50-seat movie theater. Additional amenities include Tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and a golfing area at this fabulous vacation rental resort community.
You're sure to enjoy your time at this vacation home. There's something for everyone when you're vacationing here. When you come to this home you'll be greeted with inviting modern decor. The living area has a large, leather sectional sofa to gather around on and entertain large families. The sofa has several fluffy pillows for everyone to feel at home. The separate dining area has a long dining table that can seat up to 14 people. This table is perfect for the holidays. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances for if you want to prepare home-cooked meals for the holidays or have toast and a smoothie to-go.
This home features a screened-in opaque bottom privacy screen around the splash pool and spa. The patio area also includes a table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers to relax in. This home backs on to a lake for calming views and nice breezes.
Get your game on in the amazing game room with gamer chairs, sofa, foosball table, 4 player air-hockey table, game console, and large TV.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with king beds and all other bedrooms can be found upstairs. There are 2 themed bedrooms that the kids will adore with Princess and Peter Pan themes. General

- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
- Accidental Damage Protection plus tax will be required on behalf of the property owner against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
- Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
- The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.

This property was exactly as described and fit the needs of our group really well. Everything was clean, fresh, and uncluttered. It was an easy walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the slides, mini golf, and lazy river. We really enjoy the Storey Lake neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was Wonderful! The House is amazing! We went in a group of 13 people and it would fit much more comfortably! I recommend it to everyone! New, clean house, with all the new utensils. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family and one day we will return. Thanks a lot!

We booked for a party of 15 and it was exactly the way it was described. We were able to accommodate the entire group by families and it worked out perfectly! The host was responsive and incredible helpful for the few things we need to reach out for. This home was perfect and affordable split between 6 adults! Thank you for allowing us to stay and the accommodations we reached out about!
