Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises the following: – An air-conditioned living area of 14 m² with a double sofa bed, TV and a dining area – A fully equipped kitchen including: coffee maker, microwave, hob… – A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). – A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: – A 5 m² south-west-facing balcony, furnished so you can make the most of sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Sète, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: – Swimming at Lazaret and La Corniche beaches, – La Praia private beach, – Aqualand in Agde, – Sports and water sports, – Visits to Montpellier (around 40 km away) and Béziers (around 45 km away). Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Sète railway station is about 4 km away. – Montpellier Méditerranée Airport is about 45 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a partner concierge service.
