Lilac Cottage consists of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, along with a living/dining room with TV and WiFi. The bedrooms consist of one double and one single. There is also a ground-floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Electric central heating, fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. Cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, along with roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, lake 2.4 miles. Note: No handrail on stairs and steps down into kitchen.
