Situated a 5-minute walk from the white sandy beach at Lake Hossegor, it has a floor area of 115 m² and can accommodate 6 people.

- In the large garden, a terrace area with a large dining table, a plancha and garden furniture is at your disposal.

The house is ideally situated in Soorts-Hossegor, between the lake and the Centrale and Gravière beaches.
It enjoys a very peaceful and shaded setting. The town centre is less than 20 minutes’ walk away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (2 spaces) or, free of charge, on the street.
