Burras Hill is a charming holiday home resting in the bustling market town of Otley, West Yorkshire, tucked just behind the historic parish church, where the gentle sound of church bells add to the property’s characterful setting.
Offering inviting accommodation for up to six guests, this well-positioned retreat is ideal for families, friends, and couples, looking to discover the Yorkshire countryside, whilst remaining within an easy reach of local amenities, historic attractions, and vibrant nearby towns.
Step inside, and discover a welcoming living room, where a wood burning stove provides a warming focal point for evenings spent together after days of exploration.
Settle down in front of the TV with your favorite program, make use of the Wi-Fi to plan your next adventure, or gather around the large dining table to play board games or share stories from the day. The spacious kitchen is equipped with the essentials required for a self-catered stay, including an Aga, gas hob, large American style fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and air fryer, making it easy to prepare everything from leisurely breakfasts to hearty evening meals. When sleep calls, the property offers, flexible accommodation across three bedrooms, comprising two double rooms, and a bunk bedroom, making it particularly well-suited to families and small groups.
Serving the bedrooms, is a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, allowing guests to choose between a quick shower or a relaxing soak. Outside, the enclosed garden provides a sunny and pleasant spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink in the fresh Yorkshire air. Convenient parking next to the front door.
