Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in La Roche-de-Glun, with views of the mountains and the Rhône, complete with a swimming pool.
It has a floor area of 240 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The rooms in the house are spread over three floors: Ground floor: – A garage (for storage only) – A utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. – A separate toilet. First floor (main floor): – A 60 m² living room with a TV, fireplace and dining area. – A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – Bedroom 1 (air-conditioned): a double bed (140x190). This bedroom is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, with a lift and a ramp providing easy access to the garden and swimming pool. – A shower room with shower and WC adjoining the bedroom. 2nd floor: – Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5: each with a double bed (140x190). – A bathroom adjoining two bedrooms, with a bath – A shower room – A separate toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a barbecue and a high chair. Outdoors: – A private (unheated) and secure swimming pool with an automatic roller cover, measuring 10 × 5 m, open from June to September, subject to weather conditions and temperatures. – A 50 m² west-facing terrace with an awning adjoining the living area, featuring a sofa, a table and an electric barbecue. – A second, 20 m² west-facing terrace, sheltered, with a table and a wood-fired barbecue. – A third, 20 m² west-facing terrace on the ground floor, next to the utility room, with sun loungers. – A fourth terrace of 15 m², facing west, on the 2nd floor, accessible from two bedrooms. – A beautiful, private and fully enclosed garden of 10,000 m². The house is ideally situated in La Roche-de-Glun, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: – The Hermitage Wine Route and wine tastings at local vineyards. – A visit to the Valrhona Cité du Chocolat. – Walks and cycling along the ViaRhôna, just 100 metres away. – Hikes in the Vercors and the Ardèche mountains. – Exploring Tain-l’Hermitage and Tournon-sur-Rhône. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Nearest railway station: TER Tain-l’Hermitage/Tournon, approximately 4.5 km away. – Nearest airport: Lyon Saint-Exupéry, approximately 104 km away. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Bed linen and towels included. – The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided. – Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted.
Please specify this when booking. – The property is fitted with an intruder alarm, which will be deactivated during your stay. – Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions. – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
