Newly refurbished three-bedroom serviced apartment in Burpham, Guildford, sleeping up to eight.
All three bedrooms have a king-size bed and an en-suite, and there is a fourth bathroom.
Quartz-island kitchen, a Smart TV in every room, underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, laundry on two floors and free parking for up to three cars.

Just off the A3, about 7 minutes' drive from Guildford High Street.
Suits families, groups, contractor teams and relocations. Guests have the whole apartment and the terrace to themselves. - Check-in: self check-in by keypad between 4pm and 9pm. Directions and the door code are sent before arrival. - Check-out: by 11am. - Parking: free for up to three cars.
A permit is arranged for the public car park directly in front of the parade (please send each car's make, colour and registration before arrival), and three further spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is set up with three king-size beds as standard.
If you need the sofa bed for a seventh and eighth guest, please request it at the time of booking.
There is a £30 linen and preparation charge, and last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed. Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm. Our team is available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and helps with check-in until 9pm. Check-in closes at 9pm and there are no late check-ins. For a genuine emergency during your stay, use the emergency number in your check-in details at any time; after 9pm, leave a voicemail and it reaches our team straight away. ID check and deposit: after booking, the lead guest completes a short ID check and deposit step with our partner SafeGuest.
You choose either a Damage Deposit of £400 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £45 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead.

Approximate drive times: - G Live and London Road station: 5 minutes - Guildford High Street, Guildford Castle and Guildford station: 7 minutes - Newlands Corner in the Surrey Hills: 8 minutes - University of Surrey, Royal Surrey County Hospital and Guildford Cathedral: 9 minutes - Surrey Research Park: 11 minutes - RHS Garden Wisley: 15 minutes In town, the cobbled High Street, the castle gardens and the River Wey towpath are close together, and Merrow Downs and Newlands Corner have walks with wide views over the Surrey Hills. The apartment Kingpost Parade has been refurbished throughout, with new wood-effect flooring, made-to-measure wardrobes, designer lighting and hotel-style bathrooms.
Guests describe it as spotless, with generous storage, and it is set up as well for a fortnight as for a weekend.
