Cocoonr is offering this 20 m² studio for rent in Dol-de-Bretagne, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Ideally situated in Dol-de-Bretagne, between Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel, the Studio Émeraude is the perfect place to settle in and set off to explore the Emerald Coast.
We welcome you to a cosy and tastefully furnished flat, ideal for a stay for two adults or a family with two children, whether you’re visiting for a few days or a longer break.

Located on the ground floor (two steps up) of a charming house, this studio has been designed to offer the essentials: a pleasant, practical and comfortable space where you’ll quickly feel at home.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A bright living area with a sleeping area and a double bed (140 × 190 cm)
- A dining area where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner
- A kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine
- A private bathroom with shower and toilet
- A television and Wi-Fi for your leisure time
Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure you can make the most of your stay, without having to worry about the basics.
A shared outdoor area to make the most of fine weather:
- The house also features an enclosed garden shared amongst the various properties in the residence.
Here, you can make use of the sun loungers, picnic tables and a barbecue on sunny days.
Dol-de-Bretagne is an excellent base from which to explore the region’s treasures.
Nearby, you’ll find shops, restaurants, bars and a market, as well as plenty of ideas for days out.

If you’re coming by car, there’s free parking near the accommodation.
- Dol-de-Bretagne railway station is about 2 km away, making it easy to plan a holiday without a car.
- Dinard–Pleurtuit–Saint-Malo Airport is about 30 km away.
