Guests can also enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower.

Getting Around: ● No parking is available at the property. ● Paid public parking is available nearby. ● Edinburgh Waverley railway station is within walking distance. ● Edinburgh Airport is easily accessible by tram, bus, taxi, or car. Other Things to Note: ∗Please note that Joivy is not responsible or liable for any lost, misplaced or stolen items during guest stays. ∗Essential supplies such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and bedding are provided only upon check-in and will not be replaced throughout your stay. ∗Guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance about their expected arrival time. ∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in.
