The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned flat for rent in Souppes-sur-Loing. It measures 55 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a wood-burning stove.
- A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 4 m² balcony, facing north-west and furnished
- A 40 m² terrace, facing south-east
- A 100 m² enclosed, private garden, facing south-east and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Souppes-sur-Loing, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
