The Cocoonr agency is offering this 140 m² holiday home in Sulniac for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,700 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread across the ground floor, first floor and basement.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 40 m² living area with a TV, a dining area, sofas, a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove (first fire included)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room (with shower and toilet)
On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom (with a jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet)
In the basement, you will find:
- A billiards room
- A utility area
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- An unfenced garden, facing east-west, covering 1,700 m² and furnished
- A terrace of approximately 15 m², facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Sulniac, in a very quiet and pleasant setting. Just a 10-minute drive away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Things to do:
- Explore the châteaux of Trémohar, Plessis Josso and Suscinio
- Branféré Park, 20 minutes away
- Water sports
- Beaches
- Walks and hikes in the surrounding area
- The town of Vannes, 20 minutes away
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the large outdoor courtyard (4 cars) and in the house’s garage (1 car).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- A car is essential to make the most of your stay
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 22 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, 106 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
