Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming studio for rent in Bray-Dunes, less than 30 metres from the beach.
It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! Located on the 3rd floor (with a lift), the studio is laid out as follows: - An entrance hall with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - A 33 m² living area with a TV, dining area, sofa and sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob... - A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: - A 3 m² terrace, north-facing with a side view of the sea and outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days The studio is ideally situated in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - The sailing club and its sailing school are just a short walk away. - On either side of the town, magnificent dunes are perfect for a stroll. - Plopsaland theme park, in Belgium, is just a 10-minute drive away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: De Panne, in Belgium, a 10-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Ostend-Bruges, in Belgium, a 35-minute drive away - Buses are free throughout the district To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are allowed, subject to an additional charge of €15 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
