With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you! Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is laid out as follows: - An 18 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a wood-burning stove. - A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 4 m² balcony, facing north-west and furnished - A 40 m² terrace, facing south-east - A 100 m² enclosed, private garden, facing south-east and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Souppes-sur-Loing, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - The Souppes-sur-Loing Leisure Centre is the town’s main attraction, just a 5-minute drive away - A stroll along the River Loing - Explore the old stone quarries - Visit Château-Landon Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Souppes–Château-Landon, approximately 1.5 km away - Nearest airport: Paris-Orly, approximately 66 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - For the owners’ security, outdoor cameras monitor the gate and the driveway. - Bed linen and towels are included. - The wood-burning stove is in working order, but pellets are not provided. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
