The accommodation is laid out as follows: - An air-conditioned living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a hob and a coffee machine... - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (90×190) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a washing machine, a clothes horse, fans, a portable air conditioner and a garment steamer. The flat is ideally situated in Carnon Plage, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… The nearest beach is 200 metres away. Activities: - Captain Méditerranée – Margarida Boat: boat hire and sea trips - Aquajump 34: inflatable water obstacle course at sea - A stroll around Carnon harbour and along the quays - Plaine des Sports: skatepark, padel courts, tennis courts, BMX track, fitness trail and play areas By car: – Palavas-les-Flots about 5 mins away - Exhibition centre and the ARENA 5 mins away - La Grande-Motte: 10 mins - Montpellier: 15 mins - Le Grau-du-Roi (Gard): 20 mins Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Montpellier Sud railway station is 10 km away. - Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport is 8 km away. - There is a tram stop a 20-minute walk away, providing connections to Montpellier, as well as shuttle buses to La Grande-Motte and Palavas-les-Flots.
