The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Port-Vendres, with sea and mountain views, less than 800 metres from the beach.
It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 45 m² living room with sea views, featuring a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. The flat is ideally situated in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Strolls around the harbour and exploring the Catalan town. - The beaches and unspoilt coves of the Côte Vermeille. - Walks along the coastal paths with panoramic views of the Mediterranean. - Exploring the Paulilles cove, its natural landscape and beaches. - Diving, snorkelling and water sports. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Port-Vendres-Ville, about a 5-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, about a 45-minute drive away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
