Kokolo Beach Apartments is a self‑contained apartment in the village of Preko on the island of Ugljan, in Zadar County, Croatia, typically described as a quieter, residential‑style base with easy access to the sea and ferry links to Zadar.
The apartment sits in a Mediterranean‑style family house in a part of Preko that is set back from the main port and tourist hub, so it is relatively calm but still within walking distance of the village center, local shops, and the sea. The apartment is ideal if you want a quieter island‑based stay with easy access to beaches, local restaurants, and the Zadar–Preko ferry for city‑side dining and nightlife. Note: Private parking is available, and a reservation is not required. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot is available on request. Mosquito net on all windows. Baby-proof outlets. The first-floor apartment has games. Both apartments have access to a library where there are books in different languages. Baby cot and highchair on request. The washing machine and dryer are in the hallway, and they're shared. Guests can use bicycles. This studio apartment can accommodate up to three guests.
