In the heart of the 10th arrondissement, this cozy 81 m² apartment has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Clichy.
It can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) and is ideal for a family.

Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms with two double beds and one single elevated child bed,
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.
You will particularly appreciate its location and its terrace.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, oven.
The apartment is located ;
- near the subway station "Mairie de Clichy"; a bakery and a mini-market (at the foot of the building);
- in front of the group "Rosa Bonheur" (barges, guinguettes);
- close to the shops ;
- and 10 minutes walk from the center of Asnières

- the Park of Impressionists (3 min walk),
- the Arc de Triomphe (26 minutes by RER)
- and the Palais Garnier (28 minutes by metro).

## Emplacement
Also known as Clichy-la-Garenne, the city of Clichy is a commune bordering Paris.
Born from a Gallo-Roman villa, the village has gradually expanded while keeping its authentic character.
Strongly wooded until the Middle Ages, it is from this period that the name of the city changes to become Clichy-la-Garenne in reference to the numerous royal hunting parties that took place there.
The revolution marks a shift in the economic activities of the city.
It saw the rise of the laundresses and washerwomen.
The famous "Goulue" of the Moulin Rouge was one of the laundresses of Clichy.
It was at the beginning of the 19th century that industrialization took hold of the town with the arrival of the Maës crystal factory and the Appert glass factory, then in 1950, of Citroën. However, Clichy has not lost its "village" character and intends to preserve it between modernity and tradition. ## Transports Subway : Line 13 (Mairie de Clichy station): 10 minutes walk. Bus : Lines 165 and Tuc (Quai de Clichy station): 3 minutes walk. Line 274 (Rue Petit station): 4 minutes on foot. From Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport: 34 minutes by car. From the Saint-Lazare train station: 5 minutes by train / 15 minutes by metro / 24 minutes by car.
