We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - For the security of our guests and property, 2 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one on the front door and one on the backyard facing the fence. . No interior cameras are present. - Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Please note that street parking is not allowed. - We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability.
Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee. - The heated pool is available for $100 per night.
The pool can be heated up to approximately 20–25°F above the ambient outdoor temperature, so please note that in cooler weather it may not feel as warm as expected (for example, if the outside temperature is 55°F, the pool may reach around 75–80°F). We recommend heating the pool between October and May. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please provide at least 3 days’ notice prior to arrival.
The pool must be heated for the full duration of your reservation.

GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
