This charming front-line marina house offers breathtaking views over the canal and a peaceful atmosphere where relaxation and the Mediterranean lifestyle come naturally. Perfectly designed for a comfortable stay, the marina is located just a 15-minute walk from the medieval city and its famous ramparts 🏰 and only 10 minutes by bike from the beautiful beaches of Le Grau-du-Roi 🏖. The accommodation 🛌 Sleeps up to 6 guests. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms: • Master bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and a private balcony. • Second bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and wardrobe. • Third bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and storage unit. The second and third bedrooms share a common air-conditioning system. 🛀 The bathroom features a large bathtub/shower, double vanity, storage cabinets, hairdryer and heated towel rail. 🚾 Two toilets are available: One upstairs. One on the ground floor with hand basin and laundry area. 🍲 The fully equipped kitchen includes: • Senseo coffee machine • Oven • Microwave • Fridge/freezer • Dishwasher • Hob • Complete cookware and tableware. 🛋️ The living room features: • Large dining table • Comfortable sofa • Reversible air conditioning ❄️☀️ • TV • Storage furniture. 🌴 The waterfront terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and a gas barbecue, is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful marina views. 💦 Guests also have access to the residence's shared swimming pool. 🚘 Private numbered parking space. 🚭 Non-smoking accommodation. Additional information 🅿️ One private parking space is included inside the residence. Appartement très fonctionnel,agréable et très cocooning,nous avons passé un super séjour.
Nos enfants étaient également très contents et on adore leurs chambres respectives !

Das einzige, was uns gestört hat: Die Dusche/Badewanne hat keinen Spritzschutz für das Wasser, so dass nach jeder Dusche der Boden im Bad voller Wasser ist
