There is an electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There are two bathroom in the house.
The bathroom which is equipped with an overhead shower, toilet and wash basin. All Stay With Us Short Term lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a FREE Wi-Fi for your entire stay.

We have the perfect environment for your stay with us. Any questions or queries, Stay With Us team are always happy to help. We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible.
We can be contacted via Airbnb or by email & phone. Guest Support Hours: Our Guest Support team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UK time). Messages received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible the following morning. We operate on a self check-in/out basis, allowing you to come and go freely once checked in. The key is in the lockbox just by the property door. EXTRAS: If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. Need a late check-out? Send us a message & we will arrange it whenever available. PARKING: Parking right outside the property is available. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost.

Newton Drive / DH1 5BG is very convenient — there are regular 50, 62, and 64 buses nearby serving Newton Hall, the A167 provides easy road access, and you can reach Durham city centre by bus in about 13 minutes, by taxi in roughly 4 minutes, or even walk (around 2 miles / 37 minutes) if you prefer.
