The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Durham.
There is a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, & washer. BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is one bathroom in the apartment.
The bathroom which is equipped with a bath tub with an overhead shower, toilet and sink. All Stay With Us Short Term lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a FREE Wi-Fi for your entire stay.

We can be contacted via Airbnb or by email & phone. Guest Support Hours: Our Guest Support team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UK time). Messages received outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible the following morning. We operate on a self check-in/out basis, allowing you to come and go freely once checked in. The key is in the lockbox just by the property door. EXTRAS: If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. Need a late check-out? Send us a message & we will arrange it whenever available. PARKING: Parking right outside the property is available. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost.

For public transport, there are regular buses to Durham city centre, just a 15-minute ride away.
