Basic supplies are provided only at the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, tea, and dishwasher tablets.
The accommodation has Wi-Fi access. Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed. The apartment is accessible via 4 steps, sleeps up to 4 people, and is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A cozy living area with a sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
There is also a dining area that seats 4 people - A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, stove, and all the cutlery and utensils you need to prepare your meals. On the first floor: - A first connecting bedroom, furnished with a pull-out bed and a desk with a chair, ideal for combining rest and a workspace.
Pleasant and functional, it offers direct access to the second bedroom. - A second adjoining bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140 x 200), offering a comfortable and cozy sleeping area.
It is accessed by walking through the first bedroom, but a door clearly separates the two spaces and preserves everyone’s privacy.
This bedroom then leads to the bathroom. - A functional bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.
It is accessible by passing through both bedrooms in succession—a layout to keep in mind during your stay. Enjoy the 90m² fenced-in outdoor area, shared with the tenant of the ground-floor studio. There is no parking space available for this unit; however, it’s very easy to park for free on the street in front of the house.
