The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 46 m² apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Mandelieu-la-Napoule; it can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, a Tassimo pod coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs, etc.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space, opening onto the balcony
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
– A shared swimming pool with the residence, unheated and open between May and September from 9 am to 9 pm (weather permitting).
– An 8 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - swimming (swimming pool and beach 2 km away) - water sports (boating, jet-skiing, parasailing, tubing, etc.) - golf - a visit to La Napoule Castle with the La Napoule Art Foundation Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Cannes railway station is approximately 10 km away - Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport is approximately 6 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local partner concierge service. Other comments: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied. - Children must be supervised by a parent whilst swimming.
