The Cocoonr agency is offering this flat for rent in Sant Ambroggio, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach.
It measures 33 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower) and a garden area for you to enjoy. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 14 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and air conditioning. - A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 15 m² north-east-facing terrace - An unfenced garden area, facing north-east. The flat is ideally situated in Marine Sant Ambroggio, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: Nearby: boat hire, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, scuba diving, dining out and lively evenings.
Discover Spano Beach (a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along a hiking trail), perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving. You can also enjoy coastal walks and hikes in the Balagne region, the Aregno educational farm, Saleccia Park, traditional Corsican villages, the Clos Landry estate, as well as boat trips to the Calanques de Piana and the Scandola Nature Reserve. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
