Sleeping up to seven, it makes a comfortable base for a family holiday, a short break, a fishing trip or a countryside escape — with the park's lakes, pools, entertainment and restaurants all a short walk away. BEDROOMS (3) - Sleeping up to 7 guests - All bedding and towels provided - Travel cot and high chair available on request (limited — please ask early) BATHROOMS (2) - Shower room with WC and sink - Separate WC with sink LIVING AREA - Seating/dining area with television - WiFi throughout KITCHEN - Fully equipped for self-catering - Air Fryer OUTDOOR SPACE - Parking for up to 2 cars - Corner plot, additional privacy PARK FACILITIES (Billing Aquadrome) - Indoor and outdoor swimming pools - Fishing lakes and scenic walks - Family entertainment and seasonal events - Bars, restaurants and takeaways - Children's play areas and activities NEARBY - Billing Aquadrome attractions — 10 min walk HOUSE RULES - Check-in 4 pm / Check-out 10 am - Please request for flexibility on early check in / late check out time - Strictly no pets — offering an allergy-friendly option - Park passes required and are not included in accommodation cost — see below - Security deposit may apply — see below IMPORTANT — PARK PASSES & ACCESS - Park passes provide access to activities and are purchased separately — see the Billing Aquadrome (Meadow Bay) website to book online - The park requires each guest's name, age, nationality and vehicle registration(s) for site access — the owner will collect these after booking SECURITY DEPOSIT - A £50 security deposit may be requested, payable by bank transfer (14 days before arrival) or cash on arrival - Fully refunded after check-out provided there's no damage
