This spacious holiday home accommodates up to six guests, ideally located near Balka Beach, offering stunning sea views, outdoor living spaces, and exciting summer activities for the whole family.

On the ground floor, there is a living room featuring a cozy sofa area, a television, and access to a closed terrace, along with a staircase leading to the first floor.
Adjacent to this, a long kitchen with a dining area provides ample workspace.
Another living room is available with an additional dining area, sofa, television, and a lovely view of the Baltic Sea. The first bedroom, which includes a double bed, has access to a small balcony overlooking the sea and beach.
