Cozy 55 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the ground floor of a building (accessible via a few steps). The property is situated in Pozzallo—a seaside town with beaches that have repeatedly been awarded the Blue Flag—in a quiet area close to all amenities.
The accommodation comprises a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a patio.

The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with a gas stovetop, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchenware), sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, and access to the outdoor area; - BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV; - BEDROOM II with bunk beds (two single beds), wardrobe, and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; - PATIO furnished with a table, chairs, a small outdoor sofa, armchairs, and a bioclimatic pergola. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the kitchen and in the bedroom II), ceiling fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. The beaches feature a mix of free-access areas and well-equipped beach clubs offering amenities and evening entertainment.
