The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Criel-sur-Mer, situated around 900 metres from the beach.
It measures 77 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the ground floor, it comprises the following: - A 30 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bedroom with two single beds (90×190) - A bathroom with 1 shower and 1 toilet For even greater comfort, the owner provides the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 25 m² south-facing, shaded terrace to enjoy the sunny days Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The flat is ideally situated in Criel-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - Walking: the resort is a stop on the GR® 21 long-distance walking trail, which runs along the Seine-Maritime coastline.
This trail offers spectacular views of the sea and the cliffs.
Diversions may be in place due to coastal erosion, so it is advisable to check before setting off. - Relaxing on the beach: Mesnil-Val beach is lifeguarded in summer and has beach huts available for hire.
It is an ideal spot for swimming and relaxing, with unobstructed views of the coast. Fishing and water sports: the proximity to the sea makes it a great spot for fishing.
The Club Nautique Mesnilvalais, situated right on the beach, offers a range of activities. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (2 private parking spaces). Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
