Enjoy a charming house for 6 people with sea view in Plougasnou and a 2-minute walk from Guerzit beach. The location of this house makes it a major asset for seaside lovers. Savor the sunset over Morlaix Bay thanks to the veranda with roof terrace. Bright and renovated, you will appreciate its large volumes and its new equipment (bedding, furniture, household appliances). Comfortable in summer and winter with its efficient heating system. To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival.

You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant if the cleaning option is not requested. The maintenance costs invoiced by the platform correspond to the sanitary service between 2 rentals.
