10 Cater Gardens consists of a single-storey open-plan living space with a kitchen including a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, along with a dining area and sitting area with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms include two doubles and one twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, as well as a cloakroom with basin and WC. Electric central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is private driveway parking for 2 cars and a patio area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Enjoy a straightforward Surrey break at 10 Cater Gardens. Note: Caravan is within the owner’s garden.
