It has a floor area of 228 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 350 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and two upper floors. On the ground floor, accessible via a few steps, you’ll find: - A 40 m² living room with a TV, sofa and wood-burning stove (pellets provided) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A conservatory with a dining area - A separate toilet On the mezzanine level, you’ll find: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a child’s bed - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room - A games room with table football, table tennis and darts On the first floor, you will find: - A reading nook on the mezzanine - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bedroom with four single beds (90×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside: - A hot tub available all year round, seating 6 people - A beautiful, private, fenced-in front garden of 350 m² - A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Plainfaing, in a very pleasant setting.

Activities: - Rudlin Waterfall - Gazon du Faing - Confiserie Des Hautes Vosges: - Ferme De Xéfosse - Quad Gourmet Hautes Vosges Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Dié, 18 km away. - Nearest airports: Strasbourg and Mulhouse, approximately 100 km away. - Bus stop nearby To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
