The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in Porto-Vecchio, situated 800 metres from the beach, with a floor area of 72 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10 m² east-facing terrace, accessible from the living area, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A second 10 m² east-facing terrace, located upstairs.

The house is ideally situated in Porto-Vecchio, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which has space for several vehicles. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest airport: Figari, approximately 30 km away - Nearest port: Porto-Vecchio, approximately 10 km away Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
