Heron consists of a single-storey, open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with Smart TV. The kitchen includes a gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster. The bedroom is a king-size with TV, alongside a Jack-and-Jill shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, harbour 0.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is enclosed decking with furniture and off-road parking for 1 car. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
