With Cocoonr, discover Art Nouveau whilst staying in this 50 m² 3-star apartment, ideally situated in the very heart of Nancy, just a stone’s throw from the city’s shops, restaurants and iconic landmarks.
Completely refurbished, this accommodation, which can sleep up to four guests, pays a refined tribute to the École de Nancy by blending historic charm with contemporary amenities.
Its mouldings, elegant details and carefully selected furnishings create a unique atmosphere that is both warm and sophisticated. Situated on the 2nd floor of a block of flats with a lift, it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. All rooms in the flat are on one level. The flat is laid out as follows: - A tastefully decorated 24 m² living room equipped with an OLED TV and a smart speaker - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a hotel-quality mattress (160x200) - A bedroom with a fold-away double bed and a hotel-quality mattress (140x200), ideal for converting the space into an office - A bathroom with built-in mechanical ventilation, an automatic odour extraction system for the toilet, underfloor heating, and a heated wall panel and shower tray for optimal comfort. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a high chair, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a cot, a fan, an iron and ironing board, a smart speaker and a smart heating system with thermal storage. The flat is ideally situated in Nancy, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nancy railway station: about a 15-minute walk, or 7 minutes by bus (line T3 to the Point Central or Charles III stop) - Strasbourg Airport: about 2 hours’ drive (149 km). The Cocoonr Nancy branch, which specialises in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Nous avons apprécié l’appartement au parfum Art Nouveau avec les commodités modernes.
La personne qui est venue pour changer les draps et nettoyer l’appartement était très serviable et affable.
Manque de doc écrite pour le wifi (les codes).
Manque du code parental pour la TV.
De plus en arrivant, une des tables-nuage de la chambre avec fenêtre sur la rue Charles III était cassée. Reposant contre le mur la cassure était invisible.
La petite radio, sur la table sous la télé, simulant une platine tourne disque avait le bras de la platine cassé.
Logement très agréable et moderne, bien placé, et bonne communication avec l'équipe. Deux bémols ...
