The Cocoonr agency is offering this Nantes-style house in Férel for rent.
It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 35 m² living area with a fitted kitchen, a lounge, four bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of approximately 350 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - Parking area leading onto the entrance courtyard - A utility room - A shower room with shower and toilet - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) First floor: - A 35 m² living area, a dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… A TV lounge, fitted with a double sofa bed (140/190), - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A lovely, partly enclosed garden of 350 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Férel, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - a visit to the Croisic Oceanarium - a visit to the Grande Brière Regional Nature Park - gourmet restaurants in the town centre of La Roche-Bernard - La Mine d’Or beach in Pénestin, about 15 km away - La Baule beach, about 28 km away - Branféré Wildlife and Botanical Park, approximately 21 km away - the medieval town of Guérande, approximately 23 km away Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - La Baule railway station, approximately 28 km away - Pontchâteau railway station, approximately 19 km away - Nantes railway station, approximately 74 km away - Nantes Atlantique Airport, approximately 73 km away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €20 per stay; one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
