The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the first floor (the main level of the flat): – A large, light and cosy living area comprising a spacious lounge fitted with a magnificent wood-burning fireplace – A convivial dining room with a table perfectly suited to seating up to 14 guests for memorable meals – A luxury, fully equipped kitchen for food lovers (Nespresso machine, induction hobs, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, XXL oil-free Air Fryer, Smeg toaster and kettle...) – A genuine, integrated private wellness area comprising a Finnish sauna, a hammam with a large double shower and a relaxation area – Five elegant double bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each equipped with a smart TV. – Three separate, modern en-suite bathrooms (walk-in shower and bath) + a large double shower in the hammam – A separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer – Three separate toilets (Japanese-style) On the second floor (the upper attic space): – A large, cosy dormitory, ideal for children or teenagers, equipped with a television and six single beds (90x190) – Ample storage space for all guests – To ensure optimal comfort in all seasons, the entire property is fitted with a high-quality underfloor heating system. For your convenience, bed linen is provided, firewood is included and your beds will be made up on arrival.
A handy, secure ski storage room is also available within the residence to store your equipment when you return from the slopes. Nearby activities: The flat enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of the highly sought-after Aravet neighbourhood: – Skiing and snow sports: ski-in/ski-out directly in front of the flat, with ski lifts just 30 metres away for instant access to the entire Serre Chevalier ski area - Aravet gondola lift & beginners’ ski lift: 30 metres away, a 2-minute walk - Children’s ski school (Piou-Piou) & ESF lessons: 50 metres away – Local amenities: resort shops, bakeries, ski schools, equipment hire, bars and restaurants all just a few seconds’ walk away – Summer activities: walking trails, mountain bike routes, bike park and resort entertainment right at the foot of the building Transport: If you choose to come by car, free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
