Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent this magnificent Nordic-style chalet, clad entirely in wood and nestling in the heart of a large, wooded and relaxing garden.
Situated in a quiet, leafy setting just 500 metres from the ski slopes and the start of the Aravet, this friendly, family-friendly chalet is the ideal setting for your holiday in Serre Chevalier, in winter or summer. With its intimate lounge with fireplace and private outdoor jacuzzi, this chalet is a real invitation to serenity in the heart of nature.
It can accommodate up to 12 guests. The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor - A functional entrance equipped with a ski rack, a bench and plenty of storage space for your equipment - A light-filled living room with a cosy lounge with sofas, television and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) with a convivial dining table - Direct access to the large garden and wellness area - A comfortable first double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and storage space - A separate bathroom with bath and washbasin - laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Separate WC in the corridor First floor - A second south-facing double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and access to a private balcony - A third south-facing double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), its own vanity unit and access to the balcony - A fourth, quiet, north-facing double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - A large under-roof dormitory, ideal for children, equipped with four single beds (90x190) and a wardrobe - A first bathroom under the roof with shower and washbasin - A second separate shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet - Separate WC in the corridor Outside : - A large private garden planted with trees to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains - A large private outdoor jacuzzi for relaxing after a day at altitude - A terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs) for al fresco dining For your comfort, linen is provided, wood for the fireplace is included and your beds will be made up for your arrival. Nearby activities: The chalet is strategically located to make the most of the resort: - Skiing and snowboarding: the Aravet ski lift and the Serre Chevalier ski area are just 500 metres away on foot. - Nature: hiking trails, mountain bike circuits and forest walks right from the chalet - Resort life: village shops, bakeries, equipment hire companies and restaurants in La Salle-les-Alpes are just a few minutes away. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, the property has ample private parking for up to 7 vehicles. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Briançon station about 15 minutes' drive away - Resort shuttle buses: regular stops nearby for easy travel throughout the Guisane valley On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Wi-Fi included - Notwithstanding the usual terms and conditions, pets (including animals classified as dangerous) are permitted in this accommodation under the sole responsibility of their owners - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
