Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent La Gravière, an authentic 220 m² country house ideally located in the heart of the Serre Chevalier Vallée, in La Salle-les-Alpes.
Perched at an altitude of 1400 metres, this exceptional residence will win you over with its perfect combination of strategic location and noble materials. Designed for a car-free stay, it is located at the foot of the slopes at Place de l'Aravet, just a short distance from the village centre and its shops.
With its generous size, large garden with trees and open fireplace, it's the perfect retreat for getting together with friends and family.
It can accommodate up to 14 guests. The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A welcoming entrance hall with plenty of storage space for your belongings - A cosy living room with television and a magnificent open fireplace for your winter evenings - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto the living area for greater conviviality - A spacious dining room with a table perfectly suited to seating 14 guests - A cosy alcove converted into a reading area with a lovely view of the outside - Separate WC - Direct access to the terrace and large garden First floor - A distribution hall leading to the different areas - The Safari bedroom, a luxury master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), television, dressing room, safe, private balcony and en suite bathroom (bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet). - The Volière room with king-size bed (180x200), television, storage space, balcony and alcove converted into a study area with views over the garden. - The Marine bedroom with king-size bed (180x200) and ample storage space - A separate shower room with shower and washbasin - Separate WC Second floor - The Asia bedroom with king-size bed (180x200) and storage space - A dormitory room ideal for children, with four single beds (90x190) and storage space - A separate TV lounge area with board games and a convertible sofa offering comfortable sleeping for two extra people - Large separate bathroom with double washbasin, shower and integrated laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) - Separate WC Outside - A magnificent 500 m² garden planted with trees and accessible from the rear of the house - A lovely terrace shaded by a pergola, equipped with a picnic table for outdoor meals and a hammock for relaxing - Two private parking spaces in front of the house - A large, secure outdoor ski cupboard for storing your winter sports equipment - Storage space for firewood For your comfort, linen is provided, wood for the fireplace is included and your beds will be made up for your arrival. Activities nearby: The location of the house means you can make the most of the resort whatever the season: -Skiing and Snowboarding: return and departure on skis thanks to the immediate proximity of the Place de l'Aravet and the ski lifts. Local life: food shops, bakeries, mini-markets, sports shops and numerous restaurants in the village centre, all less than 2 minutes' walk away. -Nature: hiking trails, mountain bike circuits and trail courses starting from the property Transport : If you choose to come by car, there are two private parking spaces in front of the store. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: -Nearest train station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes' drive away. -Resort shuttle buses: run regularly in the valley to the other villages of Serre Chevalier On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi included - Dogs are allowed in the accommodation on prior request. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
