The Cocoonr agency is offering this single-storey house for rent in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, 800 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! All the rooms in the house are on one level. The accommodation is laid out as follows: – A living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, a dishwasher, hob and extractor fan… – A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside: – A 15 m² terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a parasol. The house is ideally situated in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, on a quiet cul-de-sac. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more… Activities: surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, boating, Vendée Miniature, Parc des Dunes, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Numerous bus routes. – Nearest railway stations: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables-d’Olonne. – Nearest airport: Nantes To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Further notes: – Bed linen and towels included – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
