The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Picherande for rent; it has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a bright 100 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1.5 hectares.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 100 m² living area with a TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofa and armchairs - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area. - Two shower rooms with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (160x190) - Mezzanine sleeping area: with 6 single beds (90×190) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outdoors: - A beautiful 15,000 m² garden with a pond - A 100 m² terrace facing east-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days. The house is ideally situated in Picherande, in a very pleasant setting, surrounded by nature. You’ll have access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars, in Picherande town centre, 1.5 km away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Le Mont-Dore railway station is approximately 30 km away. - Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne Airport is 65 km away. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is provided. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
