The Cocoonr agency is offering this single-storey, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Bretignolles-sur-Mer, situated 800 metres from the beach.
It has a floor area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 34 m² air-conditioned living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! All the rooms in the house are on one level. The accommodation is laid out as follows: – A living area with a double sofa bed (140x200), a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… – Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200) and north-facing windows. – One bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a skylight. – A shower room. – A separate toilet. Outside: – A 30 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is ideally situated in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, on a quiet cul-de-sac. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more… Activities: surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, boating, Vendée Miniature, Parc des Dunes, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (3 vehicles) or in the private garage (1 small vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: – Numerous bus routes. – Nearest railway stations: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Les Sables-d’Olonne. – Nearest airport: Nantes To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other notes: – Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. – Bed linen and towels are included. – End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
