A newly renovated, single storey lodge on a quiet cul de sac at the edge of Charnwood Forest.
Three bedrooms sleep up to six, with an enclosed garden for dogs, parking for four vehicles and an EV charger on the drive.
Forest walks start from the door and the M1 (J23) is two minutes away, making it an easy base for families, Loughborough University visits, Donington Park events and working teams. The space Everything is on one level, freshly renovated throughout. Living area: comfortable sofas and armchairs, a Smart TV with Sky, fast WiFi and a selection of books. Kitchen and dining: fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, plus a dining table for six. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and room darkening blinds. Bathroom: a modern family bathroom with a walk in shower. Workspace: a dedicated desk area, ideal for remote working. Garden: a fully enclosed garden with patio furniture, safe for dogs and perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. Parking: free off road parking for up to four vehicles, with an EV charger. Guest access You will have the whole lodge, garden and driveway to yourselves.
Self check in with a lockbox means you can arrive at your convenience. Getting around Charnwood Forest walks and Grace Dieu Priory are on the doorstep.
M1 Junction 23 is 2 minutes away, Bradgate Park 10 minutes, Loughborough University 11 minutes, East Midlands Airport 7 miles, Donington Park 11 miles and the Peak District about an hour.
Local pubs and shops in Shepshed are under 1 km away. Other things to note Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, with a pet fee of 15 GBP per dog. EV charging is charged at 40p per kWh, settled at the end of your stay. The lodge has one bathroom, worth bearing in mind for larger groups. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome, with discounts for longer bookings, ideal for contractors and working teams.
