Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a bright 20 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two lovely bedrooms and a bathroom.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140x190), a dining area, exposed beams, facing west and east. - A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), exposed beams and a wardrobe, facing north and east. - Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200) and a wardrobe. - A bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and washing machine, refurbished in June 2026, - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in the historic town centre of Bagneux, in a very pleasant setting.
It’s in a quiet neighbourhood featuring, amongst other things, a brasserie/bar and a few restaurants serving international cuisine (Indian, Japanese, fast food, pizza, etc.). There is also a convenience shop selling snacks and drinks, a socially conscious (feminist) bookshop, a hairdresser’s/barber’s, a laundrette, a beauty salon and several essential shops all within a 5-minute walk. Activities: - Richelieu Park and Saint-Étienne Park - The ‘coulée verte’ (green corridor), ideal for cycling (as far as Massy or Sceaux Park) or jogging. - Parc de Sceaux, with boat trips. - Parc de l’Arboretum, about a 10-minute drive away, featuring exceptional trees. - Market every Saturday morning Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Montparnasse station is a 20-minute metro ride away; Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord are also very easy to reach via metro line 2. - Paris-Orly Airport is 14 km away (a 20-minute taxi ride) and Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport is 40 km away There are plenty of public transport options available: - A Vélib’ station and a bus stop are 50 metres from the flat. - The metro is 2 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
