The 14-metre swimming pool, ideal for swimmers and for relaxing with the family, promises wonderful moments throughout your stay. Here, nothing has been left to chance to ensure your holiday is an exceptional experience. The house is laid out as follows: Garden level: - A utility room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. - A shower room, ideal when returning from the beach or after a swim in the pool. - A separate toilet. - A storage cupboard. - A storage area with an additional fridge and freezer. First floor – Large 70 m² living area: - An entrance hall with bespoke cupboards and a wardrobe. - A spacious, light-filled living area, fully open plan to the kitchen, dining room and lounge. - The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes: a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a conventional oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a 4-ring induction hob with an integrated extractor hood, and a fridge-freezer. You can park up to four vehicles directly in the house’s private courtyard, which is a real bonus for holidays with family or friends. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station (16 km) - Nearest airport: Rennes Airport (83 km). - Dinard: 8 kilometres On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard.
They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys. The local agency will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
