We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Conveniently located near Watford Junction Station, just a 15-minute walk away, offering direct trains to London Euston.
Local buses are also accessible for easy travel around Watford and beyond. This property is a self-check-in property.
You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Please note that access to the property involves approximately 20–30 steps, with no step-free alternative.
For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or young children. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke odour, ash, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of £300. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). A compact yet cosy single room in a well-located Watford property.
Guests benefit from a shared bathroom and quick connections to London, making it a great base for work or travel. A simple, private room for one with a TV and coffee-making facilities.
Shower access is available on-site, and the restroom is shared with a few other guests.

Comfortable stay, having the WC toilet outside the room and shared didn’t bother me at all cause the shower and the sink
: When I arrived was clean and everything was as described
I stayed for a week and there’s no been any cleaning at all for my room, no even for rubbish round or a proper wash of my tea cup

The only problem was the heat at night, but that’s the heat wave. Also I couldn’t open my window because of the smell from the restaurant.

Clean and quiet, perfect for resting after a tiring sightseeing day. Everything was great, a little English pub atmosphere mixed with the restaurant's Indian-Nepalese cuisine.
If you want to see the real London, it's perfect, the station is 5 blocks away, from there bus and train are all accessible...
